Now I'm at 100% is there anyway to reset the Smugglers vehicles without restarting the game? or create our own without the need of a Mission Editor?
Having a police car with nothing to chase is kinda dull now.
Maybe this can be added to the next AFC. Ai traffic that you can stop when the Story is complete.

You can go on with the generic missions or do some single races, but you can't reset to a specific state during gameplay. You also can choose single missions in the menu "The Cases".
