ok here's the deal, i'm releasing this track as a test track or whatever you like, read the readme.txt,
i'm releasing this track as an open source, so if you want to finish this, you can do so, feel free to contact me for the work files, i'm happy for someone to finish this, i would prefer someone who is a genuine modder with proven skills..not someone who hasnt got a clue on what they are doing,

why am i releasing this as is, well because i dont have the time or patience to finish it, i'm happy for someone to finish it..and would like to be able to host it, when it's done...

well download away..and feel free to comment on the progress i had made on it

when you download this, you will need to copy "v1" to "v2 and "v3" to get this track to work, i only uploaded it with the first folder, otherwise it would have been well over 100mb, and i wasnt too keen on that idea
