Will the cars have an inside wiew like in World Racing 1,with the driving wheel,dashboard etc.?

No, unfortunally the cars don't have an interieur, dash or steering wheel. The reason is the low manpower of Synetic, so they was not able to build a cockpit with dash for all cars within the time the game should be released.
But the is still the option for modders, that they can add cockpits to WR2 with their cars or you can add cockpits to the stock cars by yourself.
