I purchased this game two days ago and can't get my computer or my daughters computer to install it when I try to maualy do it it asks me to install disk. Very frustrating.

Can you explain your problem a bit more detailed?! And some other questions, too. Which game, World Racing 2? What hardware do you use and do you have some special programs installed or running a virus scanner in background which might cause some problems?
And what is the exact error message at least?

I am running Windows 2000 professional. I can not even get the computer to see the game disk. I get the same thing as if I had no disk in at all. (compact disk) is all I get when I go to my computer. It will not run automaticly but I can run others (nascar thunder 2003, Sega Rally 2, need for speed hot pusuit.) but not world raing 2. I have a online virus scaner that is part of my DSL. but I can't even get it to laod to install it and never get any code. I called and emailed the company and no one answers the pnone just rings and no one replys to my email . Thanks for any help.

The other games you mentioned are reeeally old, so I wonder how old your PC, and especially your CD/DVD drive is? And is your World Racing 2 disc a DVD or CDs?

I can also play driver 3 and that needs more than world racing 2 .

But that doesn't have anything to do with the installation. Either your DVD is defective, your DVD drive doesn't work or you only have a CD drive (which cannot read DVDs).

Well I never thought that my dvd player would have ben bad it is only a year old but thats what it is. Thank you all for your help and I hope this helps others with any question like this . Do not assume that some thing works becouse it's newer . I am glade to find out what it is now I can get it fixed and play this game.
