But we will not give up pushing our publisher to it's limits

Good! I hope they are clever enough to realise the potential. (I just read today that GTA 4 sold 20 million copies!). I couldn't find CT 4 on US and on Amazon UK it always says, "This item has not yet been released."
I like the GTA games a lot, but Crash Time 4 has something special. It looks almost like real life, it has winding roads with real hills, not all boring grids like in the USA, the handling is much better, and the traffic behaves more real. I know there is no running and shooting in Crash Time, but with more budget, maybe!
You obviously have some talented people, and that is the important thing. I think if you could maybe give the games more of a simpler, traditional story & missions approach (like Mafia / GTA), and then it got some good reviews on big websites like Eurogamer, IGN, Gamespot, etc, it could be very good news for everyone
