[C.R.IV] Steering wheel - change car problem

Hello, i have Crash Time IV: The Syndicate and i have problem with change car in split screen mode.
namely i have Steering wheel "Saitek R220" and in split screen mode in choose car window i can't on wheel change car, class and colour.
Only work paddle shifters, left as back, right as further/start.
The same problem is on Steering wheel my friend "Saitek R100" ,Only work paddle shifters.

Plz help me fix that. How can i mapping change car, class and colour on Steering wheel

I'm having a similar issue in Crash Time 2. I'm using a Logitech wheel with a HAT switch which works fine (even though it's not bound to anything), while a friend of mine is trying to use a regular steering wheel with no HAT switch, which does not work.

Is there any way to emulate a hat switch?
